The Fredericton Region Museum has been asked to provide a Green Room for the many of the concerts and festivals that happen right outside our door in Officers’ Square! If you have a show on the stage, our Orientation Room is ideally situated for a Green Room and has been used by many bands, dance groups and festival organizers!
Rates: $35 per hour on week days and weekends when the museum is not open to the public and $45 per hour on holidays or during public hours.
York Sunbury Historical Society members in Good Standing receive a 25% discount on gallery and building rentals and are given priority on bookings made three (3) months in advance.
Approved Non-Profit Organizations receive a 20% discount on gallery and building rentals. We only ask that you include us in your promotional material.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Cash or cheque made out to the York Sunbury Historical Society.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required no less than 7 days prior to the event date to confirm the reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is due in full on the day of the event. The Museum can be instructed to invoice organizations but the total fee must be received in full by the day of the event. Cancellations will be accepted at anytime, however, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Museum. Cancellations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail.
