June 26 – August 28 Weekly – every Wednesday, 1 – 1:30 pm Picnic Concerts on the Balcony: “News From The Front, 1944”: Musical Entertainment with Frantically Atlantic Travel back in time to 1944, and experience “News from the Front”, with Frantically Atlantic.  Through the eyes and ears of radio, your broadcasting hosts will serenade you with music from the 1940s, interspersed with updates on our NB Regiments fighting in Italy.

Black Heritage Walking Tours /  Visites guidées du patrimoine Noir Teaming up with REACH (Remembering Each African Cemetery’s History in New Brunswick), the Fredericton Region Museum is excited to offer free evening tours that uncover the Black History of Downtown Fredericton. 🌆 Following the success of last year’s widely praised Black History Walking Tour of Fredericton, these new tours, led by historian Jennifer Dow, will delve into the captivating story of  Black business owners in Fredericton and their influential role in Fredericton society. Join the Museum team on Thursday, August 1st, at 6 p.m. for this enlightening experience. Additional tours will be provided every other Saturday thereafter at 2pm (August 10 and 24, as well as September 7 and 21).
